I am terribly sorry about the issues with DHL and delivering the discs.
The reason that this has slipped through the system and was allowed to leave us is because it was ordered online and so it is automatically processed as the payment is already made by yourself at the point of purchase.
You will notice that you were only charged £4.95 for delivery for 42 KG of discs which is massively under-priced.
Unfortunately we do not use another courier Alexander. We use solely DHL and they will not deliver to private/personal addresses in Russia. It must be shipped to a business address. The reason for this is customers order to private addresses to save import/custom charges and unfortunately couriers no longer allow this.
So the solution is very simple, there are two options:
1] You provide me with a business address and pay any duties/customs charges that Russia add on [this is totally out of our control as we do not decide these tariffs].
OR
2] Once the discs arrive back with us we fully refund the two discs and delivery charges.
There really is no way around this. We have awful problems with delivering to Russia. A lot of the time customers from Russia that experience this issue ask for us to send to countries near to Russia and then make their own arrangements.
I can only offer you my sincere apologies for this.
Please advise which option you would prefer.
